🎯 How to manage the Boutique's key and access codes to prevent unauthorized access to the store. Key Points: Only a strictly limited number of individuals have keys to access the boutique and the ability to deactivate the alarm. Ownership of the boutique keys and alarm codes shall be segregated. Store keys and alarm codes should not be given to employees who have been with the firm for less than six months or to temporary personnel. No outsider should gain access to the store unaccompanied by a Fendi employee, except in special cases with preventive and formalized authorization from the Retail Head or Zone President.

Access to the Boutique: For security reasons, two people must open the store:

  1. The Store Manager.
  2. The Store Key Holder, preferably a member of the staff management (i.e., Operation Manager/Assistant Store Manager). The Store Manager and Retail Head shall formally nominate the key holders. https://fendi.sharepoint.com/sites/CICERO/SitePages/Access-and-Locks-to-the-Boutique.aspx

ACCESS TO THE BOUTIQUE

If two Fendi employees can't open the store, one security guard shall be present. Opening of the boutique shall be done as follow: If two Fendi Employees perform the opening: one shall have the personal access code and the other the (manual/electronic) boutique key. If the opening is performed by one Fendi Employee and the security guard, the security guard shall have the personal access code and the Fendi employee the (manual/electronic) boutique key. The store manager is responsible for the following: Considering eventual substitutes for the staff in charge of the opening/closing, taking into account any urgent cases or emergencies that may have occurred. Ensuring that one key holder has the personal access code to arm/disarm the boutique's alarm and the other has the keys. Nominating and sending the names of these individuals to the Retail Head and Facility Manager. Changing the code and key every six months and whenever anyone with the information leaves the store. The last update is entered in the "Boutique Key/Access Log". Stores with an access door that opens by remote control should ensure that it is never left unattended. If the above procedure cannot be applied due to staff issues, the store manager shall choose an alternative procedure that the Retail Head and Zone President shall formally approve, copying the WW Facility Manager and WW IC to the email.
